pick-up service
Have your dry cleaning picked up at your apartment and
dropped off at your door! Call 804.285.1851 or go to

about this convenient service. Residents may also Register for
Pick-Up/Drop-Off Services at the Property Management Office
to have your dry cleaning picked up and dropped off in our
office, and we will be available from 9am-5:30pm Monday-
Friday for you to come in to pick it up.
Packages
Residents may have your packages shipped to the Property
Management Office to ensure delivery and our office will send
you a notification once it has arrived! The mailing address of the

REMINDER-New Manchester Flats
Building II Parking Lot
Please do not park in the unfinished parking lot located
next to Building II under any circumstance over the next
two weeks. The parking lot is set to begin the paving
process and any vehicles parked in the lot will delay this
project’s completion. Towing will be enforced by Mr. Tow
24/7 to ensure residents comply with this request. Thank
you for helping us make sure there are no added delays in
opening up the new parking lot to our residents!
Holiday Door Decorating Contest
The FHP team would like to thank all of our residents who
participated in the holiday door decorating contest. All of
the participants did an amazing job! Your creative
designs brought holiday cheer to the communities, and
our team enjoyed each and every one.

A New Year, A New Cocktail Recipe
Party Mimosa
Ingredients
1 (12 ounce) can apricot-mango nectar
1 (12 ounce) can pineapple juice
3/4 cup cold water
1 (6 ounce) can frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed and undiluted
1 (750 milliliter) bottle cold champagne
Directions
Stir together apricot nectar, pineapple juice, water, and orange juice concentrate in a large pitcher until combined. Pour in
bottle of sparkling wine just before serving.
